This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game “Magic Four Arena” handles information when you use the application.
Magic Four Arena is an offline game. It does not require account registration, an internet connection, or access to online multiplayer services.
1. General Information
We respect the privacy of our users. Magic Four Arena does not ask users to provide names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment details, login credentials, or other directly identifiable personal information.
The game does not contain user accounts, online profiles, cloud saves, advertising, or in-app purchases.
2. Information Processed by the Application
The application may process limited technical information necessary for compatibility, stability, diagnostics, and proper operation of the game. Depending on the device and Android version, this information may include:
- Device model and manufacturer
- Operating system and application version
- Screen resolution, language, and regional settings
- Application performance and anonymous crash information
- Device or application identifiers made available by the operating system
- Advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase Installation ID, Widevine ID, IMEI, MAC address, or similar identifiers, where technically available and permitted by the operating system
Such information is not used to identify users personally, build advertising profiles, track users across applications, or deliver personalized advertisements.
3. Device Identifiers
Certain Android devices or system components may make technical identifiers available to an application. Magic Four Arena may process such identifiers only when required for technical compatibility, diagnostics, crash investigation, or application stability.
Device identifiers are not used for advertising, marketing, account creation, behavioral profiling, or the sale of personal information.
4. How Technical Information Is Used
Limited technical information may be used only to:
- Maintain proper game functionality
- Ensure compatibility with supported Android devices

5. Local Game Data
Game progress, tournament progress, player preferences, match history, statistics, profile settings, selected avatars, audio settings, and visual settings are stored locally on the user's device.
Magic Four Arena does not upload game progress to a cloud service and does not synchronize data between devices.

Magic Four Arena does not display advertisements and does not use third-party advertising networks.
The game does not offer in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, virtual currency purchases, or other payment-based features.

The application does not use external advertising, user-tracking, or behavioral analytics platforms, including:
- Google AdMob
- Facebook SDK
- Yandex Metrica
- Third-party advertising networks
- External user-account or authentication services
- Cloud save or online multiplayer services
The application may still interact with standard Android operating system components required for installation, compatibility, security, and application operation.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The game does not share user information with advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed only if required by applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect the security and integrity of the application.
9. Children's Privacy
Magic Four Arena does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children.
Because the game does not include accounts, chat, online communication, advertising, or payment features, users are not asked to submit personal details while playing.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is deleted by the user.
Users may remove stored information by:
- Using the available reset options inside the game
- Clearing the application's data in Android settings
- Uninstalling the application from the device
Because Magic Four Arena does not use user accounts or remote storage, there is no separate online account or cloud record that must be deleted.
11. Data Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the application and its locally stored information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. International Data Transfers
Magic Four Arena does not operate its own remote database for game progress or user accounts. As a result, locally stored gameplay data is not transferred internationally by the developer.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
